This is a great opportunity to strengthen your skills and grow within a collaborative and high-performance environment. 🧾 Responsibilities • Accurately process and submit invoices in Beanworks software using invoice data and payment request forms. • Review and report inconsistencies while following policies from various Division Partners, Entity levels, and vendors. • Process daily invoices with attention to detail and accuracy. • Report daily updates on duties and responsibilities to the AP Leader. • Assist the Accounting Supervisor and AP Leader with routine tasks. • Support additional functions within the Accounts Payable department as needed. 🧠 Requirements • Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an Accounts Payable role. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, email). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards. • Effective communication in both individual and group settings. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. • Problem-solving mindset and initiative to seek process improvements. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
