Requirements and responsibilities


Since you will be our Client Success Manager, you have a very important role of communicating with our existing clients and managing client relationships on SEO projects. You will be doing a number of things: - Have meetings with our clients to update them on SEO progress and answer questions. - Communicate with our SEO team who will implement the SEO work (you won’t implement the work, I already have strong SEO team members who are responsible for that). - Retention of client accounts through review of campaign set up, campaign management and execution of consistent customer service. - Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics. - Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts. - Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received. - And many other things that may pop up in the digital marketing world. Skills Required: - Communication, organization & interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. - High attention to detail. - Comfortable conducting business conversations via web video chat meetings on a daily basis. - Outstanding follow up and follow through. - Strong project management skills. - Effective time management and personal accountability. - Must be great with people: you are able to build strong client relationships. - Be fluent in spoken and written English. - Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated concepts. Technical Skills: - Have some knowledge of SEO to be able to answer client questions and provide client updates. - Familiar with various CMS such as WordPress, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, Shopify, etc. - Comfortable meeting via ZOOM & other online meeting platforms with webcam on. - Proficient use of Google Drive applications, including Docs & Sheets. - You must have a reliable high speed internet connection and an HD webcam for this role. Working Hours: Our working hours are 9A-5PM EST, with a 60-day probationary period to make sure we are the right fit for each other. Compensation & Growth Opportunities: This remote role starts at $1500 USD/month for the first two months during the probationary period. Then increases to $1800 USD/month. 1. You will start off as a Client Success Manager who will shadow our Director of Web & SEO Strategy. 2. You’ll be assigned clients slowly as you gain confidence with the role. 3. You’ll then be graded on your client retention and communication. 4. Once you have a few clients under your belt that you’re managing yourself, you’ll then be eligible to get promoted to Senior Client Success Manager where you have access to additional bonus compensation based on client retention metrics. We WANT you to be in a position where we can promote you to higher leadership roles within the company and oversee more team members.
