We know this is vital in realizing our shared mission to improve speed to quality mental health care for all. innovaTel is looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers licensed in the state of New Jersey that are passionate about our mission of delivering speed to quality mental health care for all. This is a fully remote telehealth position for individuals with experience working patients 18+ in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. We provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team and want our clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care. Come join our exceptional team! Responsibilities: - Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations. - Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care. - Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team. - Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours
