Requirements and responsibilities


Core Responsibilities: • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company staff; assist in implementation of employee policies and procedures; maintains and when needed research for best practices in employee handbook, policies, and process documentation. • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. • Manage the administrative and operational aspects of onboarding of new hires. • Complete all data entry into HR system to include entering new hires, promotions, salary adjustments and terminations. • Administer employee recognition programs. • Support leadership team with the administration of talent management programs including but not limited to performance and talent management total rewards, and training and development. • Interact with payroll team for identification and resolution of problems. • Handle basic-level employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Maintain employee information in the personnel files, etc. • Perform all other tasks or projects assigned for the day or week
