Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and acting as a liaison between clients and various internal departments.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.Resolve clients´ issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary.Educate clients on our products, services, and policies, ensuring they have a clear understanding.Process client requests, update account information, and maintain accurate records in our system.Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention, and contribute to the development of client service strategies.Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in client services.QualificationsBachelor´s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in a client-facing role, such a customer service, account management, or client support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate complex information clearly.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant office applications.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.WARNINGSNO TEMPORARY workers.We terminate immediately due to these violations.NO working for another company at the same time.NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ESTAbout the CompanyCitiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing offsite management.Core ValuesTrust.Go Getter.Transparency.
