During your on-call week, you’ll be part of a responsive support team that helps ensure system reliability and continuity. Acknowledge on-call contacts (phone, text, or email) within 15 minutes; Remain within reasonable access to your secure work laptop while on call; Log in and begin assessing or troubleshooting requests within 60 minutes of notification. You have a strong background in building CI/CD pipelines, working with containerization tools (Docker/Podman), and supporting event-driven systems. The ideal candidate has experience with technologies such as Apache Kafka, GitOps tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.), and databases including SQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch.
