We are looking for a Senior Staffing Operations Manager who can own the staffing business end‑to‑end — from lead generation and client relationships to fulfillment, contractor management, and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who has an existing Rolodex in banking, healthcare, and/or insurance, knows how to get MSAs signed directly, can bring in staffing requirements, fill them, and manage them through completion, and is comfortable operating across sales, delivery, and operations.
