Key Responsibilities. 1. Tour Books and Logistics (as needed). * Gather property flyers and floor plans based on specific client or broker criteria. * Assemble all materials into a polished, organized tour book (PDF). * Create a detailed itinerary and route map for property tours, optimizing travel times between locations. 2. Listing Accuracy and Marketing Updates (Monthly). * Review all active property listings monthly across platforms (company website, LoopNet, Crexi, etc.). * Verify key listing details (square footage, rent, broker info, availability). * Update or flag discrepancies to maintain accurate and consistent marketing information. 3. Virtual Tours and YouTube Channel Management. * Edit video clips using iMovie or similar software into professional virtual tour videos. * Upload completed tours to the YouTube channel with optimized titles, descriptions, and SEO tags. * Share published video links for use in marketing and social media campaigns. 4. Target List Creation (Routine). * Research and compile target property lists into organized spreadsheets. * Include essential data points: address, square footage, price per SF, building type, layout, days on market, broker info, ownership entity, and contact details. * Update data regularly and verify accuracy through multiple sources. 5. Client Outreach Materials (as needed). * Design simple, branded images for LinkedIn or marketing posts using templates or company wrappers. * Assist in creating email blast content highlighting recent transactions, new listings, or market updates. Qualifications. * At least 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate VA or in a similar administrative or marketing support role. * Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, iMovie or similar editing tools, and Excel or Google Sheets. * Familiarity with LoopNet, Crexi, and property listing platforms is a plus. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent written and spoken English communication.
