This role is the facilitator all aspects of the Product Solutions data product roadmap and will support initiatives of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology. The Product Data Analyst will support Product Solutions data product strategy coupled with the product team, Scrum Master, QA and Engineering.More specifically, the individual in this role will:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategiesDefine and execute ETL processes to ensure seamless data integrationCreate and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics purposesDesign and implement data models and algorithms to support business objectives and enhance product capabilitiesConduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insightsPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise and actionable mannerEnsure data quality and accuracy by implementing validation checks and error handling mechanismsAutomate and orchestrate ETL processes using PowerShell, scripts, or other technologiesWhat You May Need to be Successful:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldTwo more years of experience in data analysis or related fieldProven expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize for performanceProficiency in Python, PowerShell or similar tools for data manipulation and analysisProficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization toolsAbility to understand, organize, manipulate and derive complex data insights from large data setsFamiliarity with cloud-based data warehousesStrong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniquesStrong understanding of data governance and compliance standardsStrong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoringStrong interpersonal, collaboration, relationship building and negotiating skillsWhy First Advantage is Your Next Big Career MoveFirst Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
