Job Summary: We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to achieve exceptional results through innovative strategies and precise execution. As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple client projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve managing deadlines, coordinating between teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will be the glue that keeps everything together, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that clients are kept in the loop at every stage. If you are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, this role is for you!Core Tasks:Manage project timelines and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are metFacilitate communication to serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignmentUtilize Asana to track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure accountability across teamsKeep detailed records of approvals, feedback, meeting notes, and project status updatesWork closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and implementers to keep projects moving forward efficiently to coordinate deliverablesIdentify potential roadblocks in project execution and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve themVerify that all deliverables meet client expectations and the quality standards before final deliveryMust - Haves:3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environmentStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless client and team interactions.Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) is requiredStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challengesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailExperience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus but not requiredLead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on prioritiesNice to haves:Knowledge of tools like Monday.com, Google BusinessFamiliarity with digital marketing, web development, or UX/UI principlesLeadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clientsExperience with managing project budgets or allocating resources effectively
