Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an operations intern to support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and ensure smooth operations, especially during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a coverage-based role rather than an hourly position. Ownership, responsiveness, and reliability are more important than fixed daily hours. Work intensity may vary depending on campaign activity. Key responsibilities: * Support the daily execution of influencer marketing campaigns. * Coordinate and follow up with creators regarding deliverables. * Track campaign status, timelines, and content links. * Monitor campaigns during assigned coverage hours. * Act as first-level operational support and escalate issues when needed. * Assist with internal documentation, tracking, and reporting. * Ensure campaigns continue running smoothly during off-hours. Requirements: * Strong written communication skills in English. * Comfortable working with spreadsheets, task managers, and digital tools. * Reliable availability during assigned coverage times. * Interest in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing. Nice to have (not required): * Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields. * Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or creator ecosystems. * Previous internship or operations experience.
