We specialize in high-volume, commission-only sales recruiting for industries like insurance, home services, B2B, and high-ticket consulting. Our clients don’t need resumes—they need closers, setters, and producers, fast. That’s what we build. The Role. We’re looking for a Volume Sales Recruiter who brings recruiting experience with the energy and urgency of a salesperson. This role sits at the front of our recruiting engine. You’ll work with a segment of active clients, engaging applicants in real time as they enter our GoHighLevel system. Your job is to quickly vet, qualify, and advance the right candidates through short, high-impact phone conversations while maintaining outbound follow-up on uncontacted or older applicants. This is a fast-paced role designed for someone who thrives on volume, conversations, and momentum. What You’ll Be Doing. * Conduct 5–7 minute phone interviews with inbound applicants as they come through the system. * Make outbound calls to applicants who haven’t yet been reached. * Qualify candidates for commission-only sales roles using proven vetting frameworks. * Assess motivation, communication skills, work ethic, and coachability. * Route qualified candidates to the appropriate next step in the hiring process. * Update applicant statuses and notes accurately inside GoHighLevel. * Manage high daily call volume across multiple client accounts. * Maintain speed-to-lead standards and follow-up discipline. What We’re Looking For. * Previous recruiting, sales recruiting, or high-volume hiring experience. * Sales-driven personality with high energy and strong phone presence. * Comfortable conducting short, decisive conversations. * Ability to move quickly without sacrificing judgment or candidate quality. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience working in commission-based or performance-driven environments. Nice to Have (Not Required). * Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL). * Background in sales, appointment setting, or inside sales. * Experience recruiting for 1099 or commission-only roles. This Role Is NOT For You If. * You prefer long, relationship-heavy recruiting cycles. * You dislike outbound calling or fast-paced environments. * You need heavy scripting or micromanagement to perform.
