Key Responsibilities:
In the first 90 days, you will:
* Conduct a full visual audit of our top ASINs and competitors in the Amazon bedding category.
* Redesign image stacks and A+ Content for 3+ SKUs, focusing on CTR and CVR optimization.
* Propose and execute strategic A/B tests with performance-linked hypotheses.
* Build a competitor visual strategy matrix to guide brand design evolution.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
* Design all Amazon creative assets, including hero images, infographics, lifestyle composites, A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and Storefront pages.
* Apply conversion-first design principles to maximize customer trust and purchase intent.
* Manage workflow and file structures via cloud collaboration tools, such as Asana and Google Drive.
* Stay current on Amazon’s image guidelines, trends, and visual compliance rules.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3–5+ years of experience designing Amazon visual assets for e-commerce brands.
* Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; bonus: Midjourney, Canva AI, Firefly.
* Experience designing full image stacks, infographics, and A+ Content that drive performance.
* Fluency in Amazon compliance, including white backgrounds, resolution, size rules, and suppression triggers.
* Ability to translate emotional attributes, such as softness, luxury, and eco-consciousness, into visual storytelling.
Preferred Bonus Skills:
* Familiarity with Premium A+ Content modules and video-based layouts.
* Experience in print production, including packaging design, dielines, and CMYK preparation.
* Knowledge of behavioral triggers for shopper psychology in home and lifestyle categories.
* Comfort with A/B testing platforms, such as PickFu, and analytics-informed design iteration.
What Success Looks Like:
* +15% CTR improvement on optimized listings within 60 days.
* Portfolio-wide alignment with visual strategy frameworks for luxury, value, or eco-focused bedding positioning.
* At least 3 measurable A/B test case studies that improve CVR, reduce bounce rate, or increase session time.
* Fully mobile-optimized creative across all ASINs, with zero suppression violations.
