Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities include acquiring new clients for IT & Non-IT staffing, generating leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and networking, understanding client hiring needs and providing staffing solutions (Permanent, Contract, C2H); managing end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure; negotiating commercials, MSAs & vendor agreements; building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business; working closely with recruitment teams for timely delivery. Requirements: 3+ years in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Sales / BDM; strong client acquisition & revenue generation experience; knowledge of staffing models (Permanent, Contract, C2H); excellent communication & negotiation skills; self-driven & comfortable working remotely.
