Requirements and responsibilities

Pod Lead (Client Success + Project Manager), Growth Pod Everzocial | Remote (Colombia only) | Full-time | English required Everzocial is not a typical agency. We operate like a special-operations unit for growth. Small pods. Tight systems. High accountability. Fast execution. Relentless iteration. We run on SMAC: Shoot with purpose. Move with speed. Adapt from data. Communicate with clarity. This role is for the person who can lead clients, run delivery, and protect profitability without being babysat. If you want a slow environment, soft deadlines, or “someone else owns the messy parts,” do not apply. The Mission You are the Pod Lead, a hybrid Client Success + Project Manager who owns: - Client outcomes and retention. - Delivery quality and tempo. - Pod profitability (margin, scope control, utilization). - Execution support when the team needs help. You will lead a pod serving 3–5 clients, depending on complexity and tier. How you operate here (read this carefully) This is how high performers win at Everzocial. If this is not you, stop now. - You run a high-tempo weekly cadence. Calls have agendas. Decisions get made. Next steps get assigned. - You think like a profit engineer. You track hours, scope, and margin. You prevent “free work” by default. - You work autonomously. You do not wait for permission. You bring solutions, not problems. - You use AI and automation daily to move faster: briefs, summaries, reporting narratives, QA, workflow improvement. - You enforce systems and standards. Checklists, templates, and “definition of done” are non-negotiable. - You protect focus. You translate chaos into a clear plan, then you drive it to completion. Who will fail in this role Do not apply if any of the following describe you: - You need daily direction, reassurance, or constant feedback to perform. - You avoid hard conversations with clients, especially on scope, timelines, or fees. - You say “yes” to keep people happy, then burn the team out to catch up. - You rely on manual processes and spreadsheets for everything and resist automation. - You are not AI-forward. You do not use tools like Gemini/OpenAI to accelerate work. - You cannot interpret performance data confidently or explain it clearly to a client. - You confuse activity with progress. You ship lots of tasks but do not move KPIs. - You get defensive when metrics show problems, instead of adapting fast. - You dislike structure, QA, documentation, and accountability. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Client leadership (front-line ownership) - Lead weekly client calls in English. Run the meeting, drive decisions, and hold the line. - Translate growth strategy into a clear weekly plan with priorities and trade-offs. - Manage expectations. Proactively surface risks, blockers, and changes in performance. - Build trust through clarity, honesty, and consistent follow-through. Pod delivery (PM discipline, no chaos) - Own the backlog, sprint plan, timelines, and task assignment in BaseCamp. - Maintain clean project hygiene: decisions, notes, files, owners, due dates, and QA steps. - Enforce “definition of done” across campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and creative. - Coordinate with shared Automation/Data Support when workflows or reporting need upgrades. Hands-on execution (when needed) You are not a passive manager. You can jump in to: - QA PPC campaigns, tracking, and landing pages before launches. - Troubleshoot funnel friction, conversion drops, or attribution issues with the team. - Improve landing pages, funnel flow, offers, and basic automation sequences. - Draft clear briefs, write first-pass copy, or drive creative direction from performance learnings. Profitability ownership (this is the job) - Own pod margin. Monitor hours, scope, utilization, and efficiency weekly. - Control scope creep through tight process, change requests, and trade-off decisions. - Improve speed and output using AI, automation, templates, and standard workflows. - Keep client work aligned to measurable outcomes, not endless “nice to have” requests. Required skills and expertise (Must-have) Experience - 3–5 years in growth marketing / digital marketing with clear outcomes. - Experience managing multiple clients or multiple concurrent projects under deadlines. Service delivery fluency (you must understand and QA) - PPC (Meta, Google, retargeting fundamentals, budget pacing, testing). - SEO (on-page basics, local SEO fundamentals, technical awareness). - SMO (content systems and performance context, not just posting). - Email marketing (campaigns + flows, basic deliverability awareness). - Funnels + landing pages (structure, offer alignment, conversion principles). - Landing page optimization / CRO (hypothesis-led testing, friction reduction). - Growth experimentation mindset (fast cycles, clean learnings, no ego). Data and analytics (very strong) - Comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics. - Very familiar with Looker Studio reporting (building, maintaining, presenting). - Able to turn performance data into clear decisions and next actions. AI-forward operations - You use AI tools daily to accelerate thinking and output (analysis, briefs, meeting summaries, reporting narratives, ideation). - You understand automation and CRM workflows (pipelines, tags, sequences, routing). - You prefer systems and standardization over reinventing the wheel. Communication and leadership - Strong client-facing presence in English. Warm, direct, structured. - You can lead internal execution without micromanaging. - You keep standards high without drama. Tools you’ll use (Everzocial ecosystem) - BaseCamp (delivery, communication, project truth). - Looker Studio (required). - Gemini + OpenAI (analysis, content support, briefs, summaries). - n8n + GoHighLevel (GHL) (automation, pipelines, CRM workflows). - Slack, Google Workspace. - Paid platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 (working knowledge expected). Success metrics (How you’ll be measured) - Client retention and satisfaction (trust, clarity, outcomes). - Pod profitability (margin, utilization, scope control). - On-time delivery rate and QA quality (work shipped clean). - Experiment velocity (tests launched, learnings captured weekly). - Reporting reliability (Looker Studio dashboards accurate and decision-useful). Location and language requirements (Non-negotiable) - Must be based in Colombia (LATAM). - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Able to operate with US-based clients and leadership. Application instructions (follow exactly) To apply, send: - Your LinkedIn profile or resume. - A short note (5–10 sentences) answering: - Why you are a fit for a profit-owned Pod Lead role. - The AI tools you use weekly and what you use them for. - Your location (city in Colombia) and confirmation of English fluency.
