Videographer/Editor HumansWork · Dubai, UAE · Full-time Hiring done differently. About HumansWork HumansWork is a steward-owned company built for long-term alignment, not short-term extraction. We're a different model for building teams: expert-led recruitment that pairs a curated network of talent with a collaborative, success-based approach to hiring. Our mission is to make impactful connections helping companies build stronger, more sustainable teams while giving talented people access to work that fits. We place both freelance and permanent talent across Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing & Finance, ESG & Impact, Operations, and Product & Digital. Every candidate in our network is assessed and pre-vetted by field experts, and our pricing is 100% success-based, clients only pay if a hire works out. We manage the full journey from sourcing to onboarding, and we operate as a globally distributed network across multiple jurisdictions. Better Connection. Better Collaboration. Better Business. That's the standard everything we do is measured against. About the Client This role sits with a confidential client: a federation of independent, founder-owned companies across the circular metals industry, working to recover a million tonnes of material a year by 2040 and give founder-led businesses a stronger voice in an industry historically dominated by extractive financing. It's a ground-floor chance to help build something genuinely different, with impact measured in real tonnes of material recovered. The client is in its founding phase now; its name will be shared with candidates at a later stage of the process. About the role As Videographer / Editor at HumansWork, you'll be the person behind the camera and behind the edit, based on the ground in Dubai and close to our leadership and wider team. You'll shoot and cut content that ranges from polished brand and promotional pieces to live events and broadcasts, and you'll be just as comfortable rigging a light or running audio for a shoot as you are color-grading the final cut. This is a hands-on, production-focused role: you own the process from capture to final delivery, working closely with our content strategist to make sure everything that goes out reflects our brand and meets a high bar for craft. Responsibilities Operate professional filming equipment to capture compelling footage for a range of projects, from brand and promotional content to live events and broadcasts, with a focus on building out a fixed, multi-camera set rather than mobile, run-and-gun coverage. Film content featuring our leadership and wider team in Dubai, and support on-location shoots, including occasional travel. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final assets using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Design graphics and visual effects with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects. Manage post-production end to end, including color correction, audio synchronization, and visual effects integration, using Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and equivalents, plus fast-turnaround tools like CapCut, OpenArt, AI Video, Kling, and Seedance for shorter cuts and reels. Set up and operate lighting equipment and systems, including theatrical lighting and rigging, to get the look each shoot calls for.
