I'm an operations manager with 7 years of experience at the Ethereum Foundation, AAVE, and NFTfi. My work has always sat at the crossroads of governance, legal, and finance. I've owned contract lifecycle management, handled crypto and fiat payment execution across multiple jurisdictions, and built documentation and tracking systems that give leadership full operational visibility and hold up under audit. What I enjoy most is being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes, coordinates between teams, removes blockers, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. I'm drawn to environments where the work is complex, the stakes matter, and there's room to build things properly.
