I'm hiring for a Build and Release Engineer

Maintain release documentation, release notes, and deployment procedures.
Facilitate communication between Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations teams throughout the release cycle.
Monitor and resolve release-related issues and support post-release activities using AI and observability tooling responsibly.
DevOps:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
Partner with CloudOps to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily within AWS.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.

5+ years of experience in Release Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
Experience with production database migrations, rollback planning and safe release practices.
Experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.
Experience with AWS-hosted production infrastructure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
