Responsibilities
Bilingual Medical Receptionist (LATAM)
Qualifications:
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish
✅ Must be located in Latin America
✅ Experience in medical reception or patient outreach
✅ Experience in Medical Sales (required)
✅ Familiarity with AdvancedMD (EMR), RingCentral, and Google Workspace
✅ Experience with GoHighLevel
✅ Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
✅ Proactive, patient-focused, and comfortable making outbound calls
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to patients
🔹 Follow up with patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling
🔹 Reactivate inactive patients and encourage them to return for care
🔹 Conduct cold calls as needed
🔹 Maintain accurate patient information and call records
