Requirements and responsibilities

• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products • Identify the most important opportunities to remove barriers for product engagement and adoption • Partner with our site-focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on what’s identified to accelerate growth globally • Apply creative thinking in building campaigns and solutions that will drive response from a user • Run A/B tests to drive engagement & adoption from designing to analyzing the test • Increase the number of sites fully Adopting Study Team • Drive in-product adoption via building user guides and surface training content • Develop product videos Lead direct response communication efforts with users and apply the best targeting, channel, and message to drive product adoption • Develop Go-to-Market for new feature launches • Partner with others to build a user community • Influence other team members to increase the number of sites fully adopting study team
