Requirements and responsibilities

• Ability to work closely with client C-suite executives on wide variety of tax consulting and compliance projects. • Proficient in review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. • Familiarity with multi-state and foreign tax issues (we will provide training on these topics). • Previous experience supervising and training Staff. • Must be highly motivated and experienced in efficiently managing multiple client engagements. • Perform tax research projects. • Respond to notices from various taxing agencies. • Work on other special assignments as assigned by CTO.
