Are you passionate about theme parks and love planning unforgettable adventures? I’m looking for a remote collaborator who specializes in themed park vacations, from Disney and Universal to lesser-known immersive parks worldwide. You’ll work as part of a boutique travel design service, helping families, couples, and solo travelers design custom itineraries with everything from tickets to dining reservations. Key Responsibilities - Design custom travel plans centered around major and niche theme parks. - Stay up-to-date on park promotions, ride openings, crowd calendars, and seasonal events. - Provide advice on accommodation, dining, Genie+/Lightning Lane or Express Passes, character experiences, and more. - Assist with bookings (when required) or guide clients step-by-step through self-booking. - Contribute destination-specific tips and fun facts to enhance the traveler’s experience. - Help optimize travel budgets while maintaining magical experiences. About You - You have personal or professional experience planning themed park trips. - You understand how parks work: crowd patterns, app usage, park hopping, etc. - Excellent English communication skills (Spanish is a plus). - Strong attention to detail and a flair for storytelling. - Organized, proactive, and excited to create joy for travelers. - You don’t need to be a content creator, just know how to deliver value and magic. Nice to Have - Experience with major themed parks worldwide. - Previous travel planning, itinerary building, or client communication experience.
