Here's an exciting opportunity with Paricus. We are seeking a full-time experienced Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join a fast-paced environment. The role will primarily support the Managing Partner with broader assistance to a global remote team providing support to various administrative areas of the company, including personnel and operations. Assignments of work will vary, driven by different initiatives within the company. Essential job functions: • Oversee and support all administrative duties for a global team. • Administrative tasks include calendar maintenance, meeting preparation, minute-taking, research, report creation, and travel booking. • Administrative support of initiatives and projects within the company. • Provide other assigned administrative support functions. Required skills: • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong people skills, flexibility, multitasking ability, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and oral English communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • High attention to detail. • Must be a self-starter with a drive for success. • Ability to work in a high-growth and frequently changing environment. Nice to have skills: • Experience managing/working in a remote environment. • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs) or Contact Center organizations. • Experience in Project Management. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. Schedule: • Morning schedule. Monday-Friday; Eastern Time (US & Canada). • Overtime available and may be required as needed.
