Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Photo Editor to join our fast-paced creative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience editing high-end real estate and architectural photography and be able to consistently deliver polished, magazine-quality images. This role requires strong technical proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, a solid understanding of multi-exposure blending techniques, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and retouch large volumes of real estate and commercial images with a consistent, high-end aesthetic. - Perform advanced exposure blending using Photoshop layer masks (e.g., manual compositing of flash and ambient exposures, screen and colour blending, window pulls). - Carry out precise colour correction.
