SUMMARYThe LTS (Lifetime Services) Business Coordinator is a supporting role within the LTS Spare Parts & Warranty team with responsibilities such as interacting directly with existing customers, processing information for back-office needs, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives for the customer service organization. This position is a great way to be a part of the constantly growing automated warehouse solutions industry and has the potential to gain future responsibilities within our sales department for managing customers, driving business, and providing exceptional customer support.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and process spare part quotes, booking orders (spare parts, service requests, onsite needs, etc), invoicing, and key documents for LTS department.Administers activities related to customer requests and maintains a relationship with the customer by providing personal and timely service.Coordinates with the other LTS colleagues and Parts & Warranty Manager on customer issues related to spare parts and warranty claims.Performs item sourcing and vendor relationship management for 3rd party spare parts.Participates in the implementation-to-customer-support handover process and documents activities related to the realization of projects.Works with local and international team members to create, manage, and track spare part packages for customer projects.Participates in external customer meetings, either onsite or virtually, to introduce LTS spare parts and warranty after projects go live.Performs additional duties as required.REQUIREMENTSEducation: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experienceTravel: Up to 10% of travel as required.Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of business order process from vendor to end customerProficient with Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with ERP software, proficiency with SAP preferredAbility to multitask in fast paced environment combined with above average problem solving and resolution skillsPhysical and Cognitive RequirementsAbility to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time.Ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 20 lbs on occasion.Ability to use office equipment, computers, and various electronic devices constantly throughout workday.Ability to move around office environment and reach with hands and arms regularly.Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis.Ability to focus and complete tasks throughout workday in office environment.The physical and cognitive demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
