📱 We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic startup team as the bridge between our users and engineers. An ideal candidate is technically curious and excited about OYE's mission to help the world feel better and bring a new approach to wellness to millions of people around the globe. 📱 You will be responsible for developing and implementing product roadmaps, assessing user needs, coordinating software releases, managing the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the quality of our apps. Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive product development. 📱 Things You're Good At: ▶ Being scrappy: testing assumptions, learning the work, and being willing to step in when necessary to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. ▶ Customer-centric mindset and ability to work with designers to create state-of-the-art digital experiences and with engineers to push for high reliability and responsiveness from a systems and user satisfaction perspective. ▶ Collaboration: We bring out the best in each other. We're looking for people who will bring out the best in all of us. 📱 Key responsibilities: ▶ Managing the Product Roadmap, getting feedback, and developing ideas for new improvements and challenges. ▶ Leading stakeholder discussions to establish the overall vision and convert it into a roadmap, encompassing detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks while seeking input from engineering discussions to refine them further. ▶ Defining KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and a repeatable process to monitor and measure delivery success and utilize the findings in decision-making processes. ▶ Creating, modifying, and evolving scalable data visualizations & dashboards to understand better and explain the day-to-day performance of various KPIs and suggest areas for improvement as products evolve. ▶ Defining and executing A/B testing experiments, conducting user research, and contributing to software design. ▶ Managing software product implementation and ongoing success, including (re)defining requirements, sprint planning, and release management. 📱 Qualifications: ▶ 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, and shipping quality products that had customer impact with evidence of exceptional ability. ▶ Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Spanish. ▶ Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support. ▶ ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate an ambiguous climate; enjoy challenges. ▶ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions. ▶ Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that users love. ▶ Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as Agile, etc.) and product management technologies. ▶ Maintain highly organized project plans and excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives. ▶ Knowledge of the UI and mockup design for Mobile or Web applications is a plus.
