▪️ Assist and support the team in product and service design.
▪️ Contribute to the development of strategic design, service design, research, and interface design.
▪️ Create Journey Maps and Service blueprints based on research findings.
▪️ Conduct research and benchmark user experiences to enhance product development.
▪️ Design sketches, wireframes, wireflows, screens, and prototypes for digital products.
▪️ Clearly communicate design decisions to Usaria and its clients with confidence.
▪️ Conduct usability tests.
▪️ Provide support to the research and strategy teams.
