Role Overview: - AIR's TEK Office is seeking a motivated Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS Scheduler) to join its collaborative team. - Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Software, this role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support successful program execution and achievement of project objectives. - This role will partner closely with program managers, functional leads, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure schedules align with program scope, technical requirements, resource plans, and budget expectations. - The role provides schedule analysis and reporting to program leadership, supports planning and resource management activities, and contributes to the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. - The IMS Scheduler may provide guidance and coordination to project support personnel while fostering collaboration across teams. Logistics: - This fully remote role is expected to last one year, with the potential for extension and a possible transition from full-time to part-time during the assignment based on business needs. - Candidates hired for the position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor schedule performance, identifying risks and critical path impacts, supporting program reviews, and ensuring compliance with organizational and customer scheduling requirements. - Generate, publish, and maintain an accurate Master Schedule, with weekly updates, showing the tasks and resources required to deliver on time, per requirements and milestones. - Develop and maintain linkages, dependencies, and inter-dependencies with related projects. - Ensure internal and external dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management. - Identify major milestones, decision points, project life cycle, and other project events. - Identify critical path and task dependencies. - Maintain the baseline schedule and track all changes to the baselined schedule on a weekly basis. - Perform what-if scenarios with the schedule. - Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure they are followed during the development and maintenance of schedules. - Perform schedule estimating through elicitation of team members and other stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals, and remaining work. - Champion and support continuous Risk Mitigation and Issue Management through schedule analysis. - Generate schedule reports based on planned versus actual work. - Duties and responsibilities may change based on business needs.
