Job Title: School Division Recruiter (US Staffing) Location Remote – India Employment Type Full-Time About the Role DayOne Staffing is seeking an experienced and results-driven School Division Recruiter to join our growing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified education professionals for K-12 school districts across the United States. The ideal candidate should have prior experience recruiting for U.S. education staffing and possess strong sourcing and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities • Source and recruit qualified candidates for K-12 school positions across the United States. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer coordination, and onboarding. • Recruit for positions such as: o Teachers (General Education) o Special Education Teachers o Paraprofessionals o School Psychologists o Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) o Occupational Therapists (OTs) o Physical Therapists (PTs) o Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) o Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) o School Nurses o Social Workers • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Vivian, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and internal ATS. • Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, certifications, experience, and availability. • Verify state licensure, certifications, work authorization, and compliance requirements before submission. • Submit qualified candidates to account managers or clients within established turnaround times. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for future hiring needs. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Collaborate with account managers, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure timely placements. • Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs and placement goals. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. School Staffing or Education Recruitment. • Experience recruiting K-12 education professionals across the United States. • Strong understanding of U.S. education staffing terminology, licensing, and credentialing requirements. • Experience using ATS/CRM systems and recruitment platforms. • Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients. • Experience recruiting for contract, travel, and direct-hire school positions. • Familiarity with education staffing compliance and credentialing processes. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Vivian, and other sourcing tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Minimum 10 qualified submissions per week. • Meet monthly placement and start targets. • Maintain candidate response and follow-up SLAs. • Ensure ATS records remain accurate and up to date. • Achieve high candidate quality and submission-to-interview ratios.
