I am excited to announce that we are hiring for another TPM role, Lead Technical Program Manager (Staff Level) on the Support & Digital Experience team here at Docusign.This is a high-leverage delivery leadership role for an experienced program manager who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, execution, and cross-functional complexity. This is not a coordination role — the right person will bring structure to ambiguity, drive measurable outcomes, and raise the delivery capability of every team they work with.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with Support, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to scope, sequence, and execute high-priority programs and success measures.Influencing key VP+ decision makers across the organization clarifying strategies, priorities, and trade-offs.Owning integrated schedules, dependency maps, risk registers, decision logs, and escalation paths for assigned programs to proactively surface and resolve blockers.Building reusable program frameworks and operating cadences that move teams quickly from ambiguity to consistent, predictable delivery.This position is fully remote but will require up to two trips per quarter.We are looking for someone with 12+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments, and 5+ years specifically in TPM roles who brings strong technical fluency, executive communication skills, and a genuine passion for operational and customer excellence.If you are a senior/staff program leader who wants to set the example for how enterprise-scale programs are delivered at Docusign, I would love to connect.
