Real budgets, real ROAS targets, founders who read the numbers before the call.This is not a role where you inherit a playbook and maintain it. You will own accounts end to end. Structure, scaling decisions, creative direction, and the client conversation on the month a number moves the wrong way.What we're looking for:4+ years running Meta ads, agency side preferredYou have personally managed ₹15L+ in monthly spendFashion, beauty or apparel experience. You know what catalog, DPA, seasonality and a 25% return rate do to an accountYou can tell me about a campaign that failed and what you changed afterwardsYou write clearly and you close loops without being chasedCompensation: ₹60,000 to ₹75,000 per month plus a monthly performance component.
