🚨 Now Hiring: Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure 🚨This customer-facing role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in professional services, infrastructure delivery, and regulated enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple large-scale infrastructure projects with cross-functional workstreams.Manage network refreshes, server deployments, routing/switching upgrades, low-voltage cabling, and site readiness activities.Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, and critical path plans.Coordinate field technicians, vendors, installation teams, logistics, and site access.Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.Track project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and financial performance.Manage resource planning, capacity planning, and project quality across concurrent engagements.Identify and mitigate delivery risks involving scheduling, materials, site constraints, and field execution.Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager leading customer-facing infrastructure projects.Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment.Experience supporting financial services or banking clients in highly regulated environments.Hands-on experience managing infrastructure deployments involving: Network refreshes; Servers and routing/switching; Low-voltage cabling; Hardware installations and migrations; Multi-site rollouts (Wi-Fi, branch, POS, or enterprise locations)Knowledge of networking, cloud, storage, virtualization, security, or unified communications.Strong financial management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and vendor coordination skills.PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
