Senior Media Buyer — Meta & Google Ads at Source Medium

As Source Medium continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of performance campaigns across Meta and Google.This is a full-time remote role for someone who understands media buying, creative management, campaign planning, optimisation, reporting, and client communication.What matters most:2–3 years of hands-on Meta & Google Ads experienceStrong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimisationAbility to analyse account performance and identify growth opportunitiesExperience creating creative briefs for static ads, video ads, and campaign requirementsAbility to work with creative teams and give clear inputs on hooks, angles, formats, and ad iterationsComfortable identifying creative fatigue and suggesting new creative directionsComfortable creating weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and next stepsExperience working with ecommerce brands, agencies, or performance teamsStrong communication skills for client and internal coordinationProactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple accountsCompensation: ₹40,000/month + performance-based incentivesLocation: RemoteType: Full-time
