In this role, you won't just pull reports; you will analyze the customer’s digital journey and directly inform business and marketing decisions. You will leverage Fullstory to identify friction points, explain marketing performance, and provide the insights necessary to optimize our digital experiences, drive conversion and long-term retention goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Analytics Mastery: Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Analytics, maintaining dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis on traffic patterns, user flow and campaign impactsJourney Mapping: Analyze complex site journeys to understand how users move through the funnel.
