Role Overview: This role involves supporting the complete sales cycle from start to finish. You will generate leads, contact prospects, pitch services, and support deal closures while gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Source leads and work on assigned leads. Build targeted prospect lists. Outreach: Support outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Engage with decision-makers in the US and UK markets. Sales and Pitching: You will support selling the following: GetHired Digital Services: SEO. Website design and development. Social media marketing. Email marketing. Content and branding services. LeadVault (AI Lead Generation Platform): Learn and explain MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads). Assist in recommending suitable plans based on client needs. Selling Responsibilities: Support selling subscription plans ($599, $1,497, $3,997 per month). Support pay-per-lead offerings. Help match the right solution to the client’s business. Sales Process Management: Support conducting discovery calls. Understand client requirements. Follow up with prospects. Support pipeline movement and deal closure. Account Growth: Support upselling opportunities. Support client retention and re-engagement efforts. CRM and Reporting: Maintain records in HubSpot. Support pipeline tracking. Support preparing weekly performance reports. Requirements: Strong interest in inside sales or B2B sales. Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach. Good English communication skills. Willingness to learn cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Comfortable working remotely.
