This role combines technical expertise with business consulting, helping stakeholders define use cases, unify data, and drive personalized customer engagement strategies.Role Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud solutionsWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutionsDesign data models, identity resolution strategies, and data unification processesIntegrate data from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party platforms) into Data CloudDefine and build audience segmentation and activation strategiesProvide guidance on best practices for data governance, privacy, and complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analyticsTroubleshoot and optimize system performance and data workflowsStay up to date with the latest capabilities of Salesforce and Data CloudRequirements4–7 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystemProven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP platformsStrong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processesProficiency in SQL and data analysisExperience with APIs and system integrationsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
