This role combines product UX/UI, brand design, and design systems, shaping how our product looks, feels, and communicates with users.Key Responsibilities1) Product DesignDesign intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile productsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsTranslate product requirements into elegant, user-centered design solutionsEnsure consistency and usability across all product surfaces2) Brand & Visual IdentityDefine and evolve the company’s visual brand identityEstablish brand guidelines including typography, color systems, iconography, and design languageEnsure consistent brand application across product, marketing, and communication materials3) Design SystemsBuild and maintain a scalable design systemDefine reusable UI components and patterns in FigmaCollaborate with engineering to align design components with front-end implementationEnsure consistency across different product features and teams4) Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teamsCommunicate design rationale clearly and influence product decisionsHelp build a strong design culture within the companyRequirements6–10+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI DesignExperience designing end-to-end product experiences for web and mobileProven experience building or contributing to design systemsStrong visual design and brand identity skillsAdvanced proficiency in FigmaExperience working closely with product and engineering teamsAbility to work in fast-paced startup environmentsStrong communication and storytelling skillsPreferredExperience designing fintech, crypto, or trading platformsExperience establishing brand identity from scratchFamiliarity with design tokens and component-based systemsExperience collaborating with front-end engineers on scalable UI systems
