Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Python Automation Engineer with experience in document processing, SharePoint integrations, OCR workflows, and AI-assisted data extraction.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large batches of semi-structured documents, building automation workflows, and extracting clean structured data from PDFs and scanned documents.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Python-based workflows to process historical loan and application documentsIntegrate with SharePoint using Microsoft Graph APITraverse structured SharePoint folder hierarchies and identify relevant loan/application filesExtract borrower and broker contact information such as: Name, Email, Phone number, Other relevant metadataHandle both: Text-based PDFs, Scanned PDFs requiring OCRImplement AI-assisted structured extraction where appropriateGenerate clean structured CSV outputs for CRM enrichmentHandle multiple document versions and varying folder structuresBuild scalable batch-processing and automation workflowsMaintain extraction accuracy and data quality across large document volumesRequired SkillsStrong Python development experienceExperience with SharePoint integrations and Microsoft Graph APIHands-on experience with PDF text extraction libraries/toolsExperience with OCR frameworks for scanned document handlingFamiliarity with AI/LLM-assisted data extraction workflowsExperience building batch-processing automation pipelinesAbility to work with semi-structured and unstructured documentsStrong debugging and data validation skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with loan processing, mortgage, or financial documentsFamiliarity with Salesforce or LOS systemsExperience with document classification and metadata extractionExposure to Azure AI / OpenAI / AWS Textract / Google Document AIExperience handling large-scale document processing workflowsTimings: US Shift Full (Time - 5.30pm to 2.30am IST )Duration: 1-2 MonthsNotice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)NotesRates will be calculated based on Hours.Need Excellent Communication.To apply please join the WhatsApp group by link below: https://lnkd.in/gYr-FfFq
