About the roleArray Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice. This role is for a psychiatrist with an active Tennessee license for a 100% telepsychiatry position, providing services remotely for patients accessing care from an FQHC. Patient population is ages 18+.What you’ll doProvide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatmentAnalyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of behavioral health disorderDirect and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersCollaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progressExamine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disordersParticipate in treatment team activities, including development and periodic review of treatment plans, and take necessary steps when an individual refuses treatmentWhat we’re looking forActive state license1-3 years of experience since obtaining licenseIntermediate to advanced experience with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPosition logistics100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityMay be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses; Array will support the process and cover costs and/or reimburse out-of-pocket expensesCompensation and benefitsRegardless of hours worked per week, eligible to enroll in 401k, corporate wellness programs, and access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Beginning at 24 hours per week: eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, which can be used for requested time off (including vacation, holidays, personal and sick time)Full benefits eligibility begins at 30 hours per week, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for your family, employer-paid life and long-term disability insurance, and additional voluntary benefits (including short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital or confinement insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSA), and health savings account (HSA) contributions)Medical liability coverage
