About the roleWork fully remote and own partner launches at a fast-growing telehealth company. You will own partner launches, post-launch success, and day-to-day client management. You will step in early, move fast, and help build structure. This role has clear ownership from sales handoff through launch and growth.What you’ll doLead partner onboarding from sales handoff to launch.Build partner success plans and track adoption KPIs.Run business reviews with clear data and next steps.Manage client questions, issues, and escalations.Coordinate with product, engineering, billing, and care teams.Document workflows and create partner playbooks.Drive adoption, retention, and account growth.Must-haves2+ years in client success, partner success, or implementation.Health tech experience with payer or insurance workflows.Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.Experience with reporting, pivots, and partner metrics.Able to work Eastern Time business hours.Comfortable managing custom partner setups.Nice to haveSFTP or API workflow exposure.Experience with health plans or managed care.QBR or ABR presentation experience.Startup experience with limited tools.Perks & payPay: $80,000–$100,000 base.Fully remote work across the U.S.Flexible schedule within ET business hours.High growth potential for the right candidate.Great benefits and startup upside.Schedule & setupMonday–Friday, typical ET business hours.Remote role; U.S.-based.Minimal travel, under 5%.Laptop provided.At Urrly, fairness matters.
