Are you an experienced Canada Immigration professional looking to join a global immigration services leader? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Canada Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration processes and support corporate clients with Canadian immigration matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Canada immigration cases including: ICT & ICT Extensions, LMIA & LMIA Extensions, Dependent Work Permits, TRV Renewals, Business Visitor Visas, Other Canada immigration applicationsHandle complete case lifecycle: Client initiation and onboarding; Document checklist sharing and review; Case file management; Application preparation and submission; Progress tracking and reportingDraft and prepare: Submission Letters; Invitation Letters; Authorization Letters; Declarations and supporting documentsSubmit IRCC webform requests for updates, withdrawals, and amendmentsCoordinate with clients, HR teams, and foreign nationals to ensure timely document collection and complianceMaintain accurate records in case management systems (FV preferred)Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and compliance requirementsHands-on experience with ICT, LMIA, TRV, and dependent permit applicationsExperience working with IRCC procedures and documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and case management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferredExperience with FV (Fakhoury Visa) Case Management SystemCorporate Immigration / Global Mobility experience
