Requirements and responsibilities

We are hiring for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale global transformation program focused on Enterprise Archiving and Document Management Systems (DMS) following a major organizational separation.Work on Informatica-based archiving solution and DMS vendor implementation (RFP phase)Support transformation across 70+ countries globallyDrive requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution designDefine taxonomy, metadata, retention policies, governance modelsSupport migration, testing (UAT), and implementation activitiesCollaborate with business, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders✅ Must-Have Experience:Strong BA experience in Document Management Systems (DMS) / Archiving / Records ManagementExpertise in requirements gathering & functional documentationSolid understanding of document governance, metadata, taxonomy, retention, access controlExperience in migration, implementation, and testing (UAT)Strong stakeholder management & communication skillsHands-on, proactive approach with delivery ownership mindset➕ Nice to Have:Experience with Informatica, SharePoint, OpenTextExposure to Workday / HR (P&O) environmentsExperience in global transformation or separation programsPlease share only relevant profiles with 10+ years of experience.
