Requirements and responsibilities


About the Role: - You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in your native language, helping customers with product questions, orders, deliveries, and after-sales topics. - Some queries are sales-related (a customer deciding which device to buy), others are service-related (a late package, a return, a complaint). - After your first 30 days, you will be cross-trained to handle both. - The role is structured with scripted processes, clear KPIs (customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, booked call rate), and weekly training sessions to keep your skills sharp. Requirements: - Native or C1 level in German. - Right to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek permanent residency). - B2 English (used during training). - Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and ideally familiar with Mac/iOS. - Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. - Willing to relocate to Greece, or already living there. - No prior customer service experience required. - Full training provided.
