• Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with the development of new products • Liaise with specialist external counsel in relation to new products, expansion into new markets and areas relating to compliance, privacy or security • Drive all ongoing compliance review processes, including necessary filings, policies and procedures • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively handle developments and liaise with financial regulators across countries in Latin America • Ensure Belvo remains compliant with all third-party policies and applicable legislation • Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements • Lead the day-to-day running of legal operations and build the function and your team from the ground up
