These roles are not solely frontend or backend but require versatile, systems-focused developers.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain functionality within SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Quickbase, Frappe) Integrate systems and automate workflows across tools Support development of internal applications and user-facing components Improve reliability and efficiency of system interactions and automationsRequirementsRequired Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred — but we also highly value equivalent hands-on experience!Required Experience:3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer.Hands-on builder experienced in working with various web technologies and SaaS platforms.Required Background / Industry Experience:Strong JavaScript (including HTML/CSS)Working knowledge of PythonExperience integrating and working with APIs (consuming, not necessarily building)Experience working within cloud-based or SaaS platformsExperience with Git/GitHub for version controlAbility to work with structured data (JSON, API payloads, basic data handling)Experience building, modifying, and maintaining web-based applications or workflowsUnderstanding of application architecture and system integrationsAbility to debug issues across systems (frontend + platform + API layers).Preferred:Experience working within platforms such as HubSpot, Quickbase, or similar SaaS toolsExperience integrating front-end components with SaaS systems and external servicesFamiliarity with authentication, third-party integrations, and basic security conceptsExposure to Frappe Framework or similar extensible platformsExperience working in environments with multiple integrated systems (CRM, internal tools, etc.)Experience with AJAX, jQuery, or similar lightweight frontend approachesFamiliarity with automation or workflow tools within SaaS platformsExperience collaborating with data teams or working alongside data pipelinesKey Soft Skills:Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ownership and accountability for features and system outcomes.Problem-solving mindset across loosely coupled systems.Adaptability in evolving environments and toolsets.Collaboration across engineering, product, and data teams.Technical Skills:JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, APIs, REST, JSON, SaaS platforms, system integrations, Git, and GitHub.BenefitsCompetitive USD SalaryEnjoy Paid Time Off (PTO)Fully Remote Work Opportunity
