Requirements and responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner. - Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction. - Build and maintain trusted relationships through open, clear, and interactive communication. - Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes. - Achieve individual and team customer service targets, including call-handling KPIs. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documentation. - Adhere strictly to communication procedures, guidelines, and data protection policies when handling personal information. Requirements: - Native/fluent in German, both verbal and written (C1 level). - Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level). - Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems. - Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities. - Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling. - Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
