Remote position, only for candidates in LatamAt Ryz Labs, we’re looking for an Account Specialist to support the execution and growth of brand partnership campaigns across one of our clients' networks of event and venue partners. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with Account Managers while owning the day-to-day coordination of campaigns. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Event Organizers, ensuring programs run smoothly from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing customer communication with operational execution.What You’ll DoCampaign Execution & LogisticsOwn end-to-end coordination of brand campaigns, ensuring programs are executed on time and at a high standardManage logistics including shipping, production, and communication with Event OrganizersCoordinate with 3PL and creative partners on quotes, timelines, production, and invoicingEnsure all campaign details are accurately tracked and executed across systemsOrganizer & Customer CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for Event Organizers during active campaignsDrive offer acceptance by proactively reaching out via email, phone, and SMSRespond to inquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure a seamless experience●Build strong relationships with organizers to support repeat participation and long-term growthBilling & OperationsManage billing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely processingPartner with finance and internal teams to maintain compliance and resolve discrepanciesMaintain up-to-date Organizer profiles, including contact, billing, and logistics informationInternal CollaborationPartner closely with Account Managers and Coordinators to support account strategy and executionCommunicate client goals and campaign needs to internal teamsDocument activity and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal toolsProduct & Process ImprovementIdentify and recommend ways to improve internal processes and campaign executionProvide feedback on product performance and usabilityProactively troubleshoot issues and help reduce inefficiencies across workflowsWhat Success Looks LikeIndependently manage multiple campaigns from launch through completionBuild strong relationships with Event Organizers and ensure high satisfactionConsistently execute campaigns with accuracy and attention to detailIdentify at least one opportunity to improve a process or workflowQualifications1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or a similar client-facing roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partnersSelf-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetTechnical SkillsProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF)Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Asana)Nice to HaveExperience in events, partnerships, or experiential marketingExperience working with logistics, vendors, or supply chain coordinationFamiliarity with AI tools to improve efficiency
