Tech lead at IMPRIMU

We are looking for a unicorn nerd with social skills and a leadership background! Imprimu was founded in 2019, driven by the constant question: Where to print?, since then, Miki Rubin and Wouter Meeuwisse are looking to bring a whole new experience of customer service, focused on solving their needs. Now, growing the team is desired, for that, Imprimu is seeking a creative person who wants to be part of this, not just to team up with the founders, but to guide the crew to give that extra mile, by building a supporting, engaging, and rewarding culture. As a Tech Lead you will be expected to: • Understand and collaborate with the product team • Project yourself to growth within the company (Become a CTO in 2-3 years) • Ensure the quality standards of the software agreed • Guarantee that the developments are done with the highest degree possible of quality. • Implement agile practices and extract all the benefits from them by providing a good team culture. • Collaborate with senior management regarding all technical decisions and improvements to ensure alignment about engineering challenges and opportunities. • Fully support the CTO and CEO. Imprimu is really looking to hear from professionals with the following background and experience: • Senior proficiency as full-stack and software engineer • Previous leadership roles, with confidence to effectively take control • Product ownership • Growing startup teams from scratch • Scrum methodologies • Additional experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, Swift, C, etc. BIG plus having experience with lean startup methodologies and startup ecosystem.
