Requirements and responsibilities


Communicate with users who need support. Our main tool is Zendesk. Write emails, take live chats, and call users to ensure that every voice over project gets the voice over it needs. Deal with complex client requests and manage projects that need attention. Offer assistance and provide solutions to users when something goes wrong. Provide each and every customer with the highest quality service and a happy, memorable experience. Manage your own OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps. Inbound/outbound sales efforts. Run weekly experiments to discover new sales solutions.
