Role: DFT Lead – P-MBIST
Experience: 8–15 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a senior DFT Lead specializing in Programmable MBIST (P-MBIST) who can independently own the complete DFT lifecycle. The ideal candidate will drive planning, insertion, verification, coverage closure, and sign-off for complex SoCs, working with minimal supervision and high technical ownership.
This role demands deep hands-on expertise in DFT architectures, ATPG, fault coverage, and industry-standard EDA tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end P-MBIST flows: planning, architecture, insertion, verification, and closure.
• Define and implement P-MBIST architectures for complex SoC designs.
• Execute scan insertion, ATPG generation, and pattern debugging.
• Perform fault simulation, coverage analysis, and sign-off.
• Debug pattern failures and drive coverage targets to completion.
• Work closely with design, verification, and silicon teams.
• Use Synopsys, Mentor, or Cadence DFT tools effectively.
• Contribute to DFT methodology improvements and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
• DFT, PMBIST, MBIST, ATPG, ScanInsertion, FaultCoverage, SoC, Verification.
Good to Have
• LBIST exposure.
